Before joining Ignite, Brian worked in fantasy sports operations, where he developed expertise in streamlining processes, managing complex workflows, and keeping teams organized and efficient.
Since joining Ignite, Brian has focused on supporting the brokerage’s day-to-day operations, from administrative coordination and marketing initiatives to executive support and process optimization. His organizational skills and proactive problem-solving ensure the team can operate at peak efficiency, allowing brokers and clients to focus on strategic growth.
Known for his dedication and behind-the-scenes leadership, Brian thrives on creating systems and solutions that make work easier for everyone at Ignite. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, writing (he is a published author), and cheering on his beloved Cincinnati Reds.
