His background includes 6 years with Lamar Companies, a private REIT, where he managed leasing portfolios and supported asset management functions across lifestyle centers, super-regional malls, and hotel development projects in 12 states.
Since joining Ignite, Daniel has focused on the Arizona market, specializing in retail leasing, restaurant and QSR site selection, land acquisitions, and hospitality development. His national experience and understanding of owner, tenant, and asset perspectives allow him to provide a full-service brokerage approach, helping clients strategize long-term growth and expansion plans.

Originally from New Jersey, Daniel relocated to Arizona in 2019 to pursue his career in commercial real estate.
